What if I have never done ANY yoga before?
You can attend any class on the schedule, they’re all beginner friendly. If it’s your first time, awesome! Let your teacher know upon arrival and just go at your own pace, look around, follow along and take breaks when needed. You’ll notice that after just a few classes you’ll see some progress!
If you have never done any yoga before and are not comfortable jumping straight into our open classes we recommend you take our ongoing beginners course “Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga” or a few techniques classes first. Both of these offerings break down all the basics to give you a good understanding of how to align your body, modify poses when needed and how to breathe. This is the best way to start. You can also book a one on one session to get personal guidance from one of our amazing teachers.

What happens If I arrive late?
We have a strict no late entry policy. Out of respect for your teacher and fellow yogis late entry is not permitted. Please be set up on your mat 5 minutes before class start time. This is the practise of Abhyasa – The practice of showing up not just for your yoga class but the practise of life! Allow yourself plenty of time to get to the studio, park and drop into serene headspace:)

All students are required to sign in at reception before entering the yoga studio. Please ensure you have done this every time you take class, even if you have booked online and/or are an unlimited member you still need to check-in at reception and let your teacher know you have arrived.

We offer towel hire for $3
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have 2 showers and ask all students showering after class to be mindful of other yogis that may be waiting by limiting showering time to 3 minutes.
How HOT do the classes get?
We have both heated and non-heated classes, our heated classes reach a max temp of 27 degrees. The heated classes allow for increased blood circulation which helps you warm up your muscles for a safer stretch. The room does not reach temperature close to Bikram yoga (40 degrees). It just has a nice cosy, warm feel to it. We have a state of the art fresh air exchange system that pumps in 600 liters of fresh outside air per second.
Please see class styles to learn which classes are heated
