1. Monthly Autopay Unlimited Membership
- Your Monthly Unlimited Autopay Membership gives you access to unlimited classes as well as 10% discount on YOGALAB retail, special events, workshops, and teacher training.
- Your Monthly Autopay Membership continues indefinitely until you advise YOGALAB in writing that you wish to cancel it.
- When you enter into a direct debit agreement with us your reoccurring payments will be secured at the said rate for a period of 12 months.
- We reserve the right to increase your direct debit after the 12month period and will notify you with one months written notice if this is the case. (Certain promotional memberships may not be subject to this increase)
1.1 Suspension Policy
- Suspension requests must be submitted by completing a suspension request form
- We require a minimum of 5 days notice from the start date of your suspension
- Suspensions cannot be backdated nor can we process your request on the same day
- This membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of 60 days per 12 month period.
- Additional suspension periods (beyond the 60 day allowance) will incur a suspension fee charged at a rate of $10 per week.
- Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period)
- You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the studio as we have not received your request and your membership will not be suspended.
1.2 Cancellation policy
- To cancel your membership simply email info@yogalabfremantle.com.au
- A minimum of 7 days prior to your next billing date to stop future payments.
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next payment due date in order to ensure that payment is not debited. If we do not receive the required 7 days’ notice and the scheduled payment is debited refunds will not be issued.
- You will receive an email confirmation to advise your cancellation has been processed, if you do not receive confirmation within 5 days of sending your request please contact the studio.
1.3 Declined Autopay Policy
- A dishonor fee of $14.80 will be charged to you by Ezidebit for any payments that are unable to be processed.
- We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for students who’s payments fail on a regular basis.
- We reserve the right to terminate Monthly Autopay Membership for students who fail to respond to correspondence from us regarding failed payments.
2. 12 Month Unlimited Membership
- Your 12 Month Unlimited Membership gives you access to unlimited classes as well as 10% discount on YOGALAB retail, special events, workshops and teacher trainings
- This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. 6 Month Unlimited Membership
- Your 6 Month Unlimited Membership gives you access to unlimited classes as well as 10% discount on YOGALAB retail, special events, workshops and teacher trainings
- This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.1 Suspension Policy
- Suspension requests must be submitted by completing a suspension request form
- We require a minimum of 5 days notice from the start date of your suspension

- This membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of 30 days.
- Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period)

- PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the studio as we have not received your request and your membership will not be suspended.
4. $69 for 30 days of unlimited classes
- Can be purchased one time only
- Expires 30 days from first use.
- Strictly no suspensions or extensions on this pass
5. 10 Class Pass
- Expires 12 months from first use.
- No suspensions or extensions
6. 1 Month Unlimited
- Unlimited classes for one Month
- Activates on date of first class
- No suspensions or extensions, not transferable
7. 1 Week Unlimited
- Unlimited classes for 7 days.
- Activates on date of first class
- No suspensions or extensions, not transferable
8. Casual Class / Drop In
- Valid for 1 x class
- Expires 60 days from purchase date
Studio Procedures, Policies & Etiquette
- Late entry to class is strictly not permitted – with respect for your fellow yogis and teacher we kindly ask that you respect our policy and do not enter the yoga room if you are late
- All students are required to be set up on their mat at least 5 minutes prior to class starting.
- All students must sign-in at reception before entering the yoga room
- Reception opens 30 min before class and CLOSES 30 minutes after class.
- Phones and other personal belongings are not permitted in the yoga room, please leave them in the available cubbies (please avoid bringing valuables to the studio).
- Spaces in the yoga room are limited to ensure safety and comfort – please place your mat on the designated markers.
Bookings Procedures & Policies – Updated 1/11/20
Effectively managing your class bookings is really important to ensure everyone has an opportunity to attend their favourite classes. We hope this policy encourages our community to make schedule changes in a timely manner and provides the information needed to help us reduce the number of No Shows & Late Cancellations for the benefit of all
BOOKINGS
- Bookings are not compulsory however we strongly recommend booking for peak class times
- Bookings can only be made using the online booking system (YOGALAB website/timetable or the Mindbody App)
- We cannot accept bookings via any other method (including in person at the desk)
- Please only book yourself into a class (including the waitlist) if you are 100% committed to attending that class
- In the event that you can no longer attend a class we ask that you cancel your booking as soon as possible to give someone else an opportunity to attend
- You must cancel 4 hours prior to class commencement to avoid incurring a Late Cancel Fee
- Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance
- If you fail to attend class OR fail to cancel at least 4 hours prior to class commencement, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee
- The Late Cancel Fee is equal to the value of the pass being used to pay for the class (i.e. you forfeit that pass) or in the case of unlimited passes a fee of $15 will be charged to your credit card or account
- Fees will be automatically deducted, if we are unable to process the payment future booking restrictions may be applied until the fee is recovered
- To avoid a Late Cancel Fee you must cancel your booking or waitlist position 4 hours prior to class commencement
- If you wish to cancel a booking you must do so via the online booking system
Teacher Training T&C’s
Refund Policy:
For cancellations 30 (or more) days prior to the first day of training, a refund will be issued for fees already paid minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of training and before the first day of training a refund will be issued for 50% of fees already paid minus the $500 non- refundable deposit. Participants that cancel on or after the first day of training will not be eligible for any refund however can apply the fees towards future trainings with YOGALAB.
Liability:
YOGALAB is not responsible for cancellation of any portions of our teacher training course that occuras a result of the occurrence of extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, earthquake or volcanic eruption. YOGALAB shall not be liable for any loss incurred by participants directly or indirectly attributed to the cancellation of the scheduled portion of the training or for costs incurred to reschedule cancelled portions of the training. All participants are required to organize and pay for their own transport to and from Margaret River, any additional hotel transfer and travel/medical insurance. YOGALAB is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings at any time. We highly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance if coming from overseas.
Attendance & Commitment:
Our teacher training program requires you to commit yourself 100%. This includes being on time, being open to trying what’s offered and being coachable in the moment to get the best results. Complete attendance is compulsory to acquire the necessary 200hrs of contact time to obtain your accreditation. In the event that you are unable to attend any portion of training due to sickness (or other unavoidable circumstance) you will be required to make up these hours in order to gain certification. Private tuition, at an additional cost, may be available to make up these hours and will be considered on a case by case basis. Private tuition costs range from $80 – $120 per hour.
Photo and Video Consent:
By signing YOGALAB teacher training terms and conditions I consent to YOGALAB using photographs and video footage obtained during teacher training, that may contain my image for the purpose of, including but not limited to YOGALAB’s website, future promotional videos and/or educational material. I understand that the use of all photographs and video footage will be anonymous, my name will not be used. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any remuneration, royalties or any other payment from YOGALAB in respect of the use of the photographs and/or video footage.I understand that YOGALAB cannot control the unauthorized use of my image by persons not associated with YOGALAB upon the publication of my image. I forever waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of my image by YOGALAB. I release and indemnify YOGALAB from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the publication of my image, including action for defamation, libelous material, breach of privacy, or copyright.
YOGALAB Retreats Terms & Conditions
LOMBOK RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
To book please email info@yogalabfremantle.com.au requesting a Lombok Retreat Reservation Form. Once we’ve received your reservation form, we’ll send you an invoice for payment. Please note, your reservation will not be officially confirmed until payment has been received. Before confirming your reservation with payment it is important that you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions. Making a payment confirms your reservation and thereby implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- For bookings more than 61 days prior to retreat start date we will accept a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot with the remaining balance due March 11 th 2024. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance immediately after your deposit has been paid as well as a reminder invoice 1 week prior to the due date. Please note, If the balance is not received by March 11 th 2024, we reserve the right to release your spot and your deposit will be subject to our cancellation policy below
- For bookings after March 11 th 2024 full payment is required to secure you reservation.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Guest
- Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We highly recommend participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance including coverage on their airfare and the cost of the retreat.
- Cancellations must be received via email to info@yogalabfremantle.com.au
- If the cancellation is received a minimum of 61 days before retreat start date, full refund minus the non-refundable deposit applies
- If the cancellation is received 60 days or less before retreat start date no refund will apply.
Cancellation by YOGALAB
- YOGALAB reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, or for reasons outside of our control. In the unfortunate event we must cancel a retreat, we will notify you as soon as possible and any retreat fees paid will be fully refunded.
- We are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, visa fees and/or any other costs associated with preparation for the retreat
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- We highly recommend participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage on your airfare and the cost of the retreat. As well as including adequate cover for medical, any activies you plan to participate in, personal belongings and travel delays etc.

DISCLOSURE POLICY
- If you have a pre-existing condition that may affect your physical or mental experience on the retreat, or that of other guests, or may affect your interaction with other guests or our team, we respectfully ask that you make us aware of this on your registration form.
- If any pre-existing condition is not disclosed that later puts yourself or others at risk or in a position of not being able to participate in any aspects of the retreat then we retain the right to cancel your booking which may result in forfeiting all payment.
- Yoga & Surfing require a certain degree of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the level of fitness required to participate in these activities. If you are in any doubt, please consult your GP before booking. We retain the discretion at any time on retreat to decline to allow you to participate in any activity, if we reasonably believe that in the interests of your health, you should not do so. In such circumstances, we shall not be liable for any losses or compensation arising.
- YOGALAB further reserves the right to restrict you from participating in any activity if (in our reasonable opinion) your participation may result in undue risk to yourself or any other guest.
GUEST CONDUCT
Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and guests who are deemed (by YOGALAB or Xanadu staff) to be acting in such a way may be asked to leave the retreat. No refund will be given under these circumstances and all expenses incurred as a result of early departure will be the responsibility of the guest. Inappropriate behaviour includes but is not limited to; violence and aggression of any kind (verbal or physical). Excessive consumption of alcohol or drug use. Repeatedly disruptive behaviour. Sexual harassment, including sexual comments and/or inappropriate touching or any other conduct deemed to be inappropriate and/or offensive.
LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
- YOGALAB is committed to ensuring all services provided to you are done so with due care and skill and are reasonably fit for their intended purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any liability to you for any loss, theft or damage to baggage or property, or for any injury, illness or death whether or not caused by our negligence. We are not liable to you for any loss, theft or damage to baggage or property, or for any injury, illness or death howsoever caused or arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third parties, wars and uprisings or acts of God or any incidents whatsoever over which we have no control. We strongly urge all customers to undertake a high level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times.
- You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, actions, demands, claims, suits, causes of action, proceedings, costs and expenses of any kind that may arise from or be related to your travel arrangements.
