"When the blinds are closed, the light cant come in"

The mind is clever. It loves to run on thought loops - all kinds of stuff can swirl through our minds - negativity, self doubt, fear. On the other end of that can be joy, positivity, inspiration. Two different scenarios that act like window blinds. One closes us down, the other opens us up. So the important question is - Are your blinds closed or open? Blinds closed? No reason to beat yourself up - instead acknowledge and honor where you're at. Cultivate self compassion but at the same time be proactive if you want to shift frequencies. Blinds open? Happy December Yogi's!!

Its that time of the year again to celebrate everything 2024 brought into our lives. Was it challenge? growth or a little of everything? Well, you know we celebrate it all and theres no better way to do so than with a FLOW FREQUENCY!

Join us for a Special Xmas Edition Flow Frequency with @shawntayloryoga. This uplifting class will ooze christmasy beats and shape shifting treats. Come celebrate the beginning of the silly season with this high vibes fun filled class! Santas elves will be giving out tons of awesome prizes.
