Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga is a workshop designed to educate you on the most essential elements of the practice: Breath (Ujayii Pranayama), Focus (Drishti), Stability (Bhandas) and Alignment (Tadasana). These four elements once understood and applied, form the foundation of the asana practice. Get present in your body and tap into an effortless state of flow. It’s here that all the major systems in the body are activated and awakened to their natural, vibrant and limitless energetic state. This workshop will set you up with the solid foundation so you can start to build strength in body and mind so you feel less stress and more energized tranquility.
